Senior Conflicts Analyst

Leading international law firm seeks a Senior Conflict Analyst, this is a brand-new role within the Compliance & Risk Department:

• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• Hours - 09:30 – 17:30
• Generous remuneration package

The firm is in the process of implementing a new business intake system using Intapp’s Conflicts and Intake products so, a new Senior Conflicts Analyst is required.

Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and clearing conflicts checks.
• Liaising with fee-earners to resolve conflicts.
• Tracking clients with negotiated engagement terms that contain special requirements around conflicts.
• Keeping the firm’s red and amber client lists up to date.
• Ensuring that the firm’s policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Providing training on conflicts to more junior team members.

Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:

• At least 4 years of conflicts analyst experience, ideally within a large international firm.
• Clear understanding of relevant professional rules and guidance.
• Experience of US conflicts rules would be helpful (as the firm has some fee-earners who are subject to US bar rules).
• Experience of working with Intapp Conflicts products is desirable.
• Experience of implementing process change.
