Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a market-leading, national business who are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis.
The successful Solicitor will be joining the company as it goes through a period of significant expansion. The Solicitor will ideally be able to hit the ground running, working closely with the Group General Counsel on a wide range of commercial matters.
As the organisation grows, the Solicitor will be able to work on a wide range of legal matters, ranging from general commercial matters, IP and Data Protection.
The ideal candidate will be able to attend the office (near Newcastle upon Tyne) five days a week, working closely with colleagues across the business.
As a Commercial Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier contracts
- Taking on a variety of in-house legal work including IP, Data Protection and Regulatory matters
- Dealing with internal legal queries from across the business
