Family Lawyer, Derby – 3+ PQE – A new opportunity has arisen within an established law firm in the East Midlands for an experienced Family Lawyer to join the team and deal with a varied caseload of family matters.
JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Derby
SALARY: £Dependent on experience
• Applications are sought from experienced Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with proven experience in advising across the broad remit of family law.
• The appointed Family Lawyer will be dealing a varied caseload of family related matters including mainly privately funded matters however experience in dealing with publicly funded matters would be advantageous.
• Ideally Fee Earners will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of family matters as well as undertaking court advocacy and dealing with clients directly.
• The family team advises across all types of family matters including divorce and separation, domestic violence, financial settlements, cohabitee disputes agreements, civil partnerships.
• Salary reflective of experience – plus benefits package to include pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, rewards for outstanding performance.
