Position: Experienced Commercial Solicitor
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 with potential for a 30% bonus on fees billed and paid above target (typically 3x salary).

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including general commercial matters, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Leverage strong business development skills to grow the firm's client base and increase work volume.
- Ensure meticulous file management, adhering to deadlines and compliance standards.
- Stay current with professional development requirements and actively pursue further legal knowledge.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 6 years of PQE as a Solicitor.
- You bring experience in managing your own caseload and are enthusiastic about identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- You possess strong relationship-building skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
- You are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a positive, proactive approach to your work.
Desirable:
- A network of contacts or a client following is advantageous but not essential.
