RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR (LOCUM), SCOTTISH QUALIFIED 3+ PQE, REMOTE, £35 PER HOUR, INSIDE IR35. . A locum opportunity for an experienced Scottish Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to assist with an increased workload and provide legal advice to Scottish clients in a global law firm. JOB REF: 6935

• Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including complex cases.
• The ideal Locum Solicitor must be Scottish qualified and hold a current Scottish practicing certificate, as most clients are based in Scotland.
• This role requires the ability to start as soon as possible.
• The appointed solicitor will be managing own caseload independently without supervision.
• The position is fully remote
• A minimum of 3 years PQE is required.
• Initially offered as a 2-month assignment, with the potential for an ongoing extension.
