This firm are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their commercial team to assist with a range of contentious and non-contentious company law matters.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in contract drafting and review, business transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as expertise in compliance and risk management. Additionally, they should be confident in managing contentious matters related to intellectual property, employment, and regulatory disputes.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
