NQ Planning Solicitor

A leading firm in the field of planning & environment with outstanding ranking for its work across the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors is seeking further growth for its team at NQ level.

The role will involve advising on a variety of matters, including:

• Legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy, environmental and infrastructure projects
• Consenting applications, agreements etc across residential development and highway schemes

Your experience will include:

• Ideally a seat in planning – however, real estate and projects will be considered
• An interest in environmental law
• A curious mind, to include political awareness of planning on the governments' agenda
