Private Client Fee Earner/Solicitor/Legal Executive

This Devon-based full service law practice is looking to increase headcount in its already very successful private client team.

It now seeks a private client solicitor or legal executive or fee earner to join the team.

What will you do? 

In this role you will advise individuals mainly across the South West on broad private client matters to include:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Estate planning
• Power of Attorney matters  
• Tax
• IHT

You will be joining one of the county’s largest and most ambitious firms/teams, and your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature.

What will you need? 

• Solicitors, legal executives and fee earners ideally with at least two years’ experience within private client are encouraged to apply
• You will have handled your own caseload and be used to working to high quality standards at all times 
• Having either ACTAPS or STEP membership would be an advantage but certainly not essential - The firm will support you in gaining these memberships if you wish
