What we are looking for:

The position will require strong experience in high quality employment law matters, with experience in working on both claimant and respondent cases. You will need:

• Experience in employment law, with a proven track record of excellent performance
• Previous people management experience and an interest in training and developing others
• Good business and client relationship management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law, with experience in handling both claimant and respondent matters
