Our client is a US firm looking to recruit a Litigation and Arbitration Associate with 2-4 years' PQE. Exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.

The successful candidate will likely work in disputes concerning some of the following areas:

energy;
mining;
infrastructure;
technology and construction sectors.

Further, the role will involve a broad range of industry sectors and will likely include corporate and commercial, technology, M&A, licensing and joint venture disputes.
