Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join this Legal 500 listed corporate team in Manchester city centre and to work on a broad range of Corporate deals that have an enterprise value of £5 million and above, particularly in the £5-25 million range.
Working alongside an existing team you will become an integral part of the firm right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.
Whilst work is of a high quality, there is still a traditional feel to this practice and you will be working with a Head of Department & experienced Partner that will guide you whenever necessary.
This firm are a mid-tier practice that can offer a fantastic work/life balance but also have a reliable & strong client base in place. A following is not essential as there is a reliable source of work in place already however any work that you can bring will always be welcomed.
Attractive benefits package will be offered including a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare, plus the chance to oversee an established team within a well known and respected firm. Salary will be based on experience level but will likely be in the realms of £60,000 - £90,000.
