Description
The Commercial Litigation NQ will pick up a range of work including;
- Handling a diverse case load of Disputes work including commercial litigation, sports litigation, partnership disputes, property litigation, insolvency and contentious probate work.
- Working closely with the Partners and supporting on higher value work.
- Getting involved in claims from instruction through to settlement.
- Supporting on marketing.
- Contribute to team meetings and case reviews.
Profile
The successful Commercial Litigation NQ should have:
- Strong academics and you will have completed a seat in Commercial Litigation during your training.
- Excellent understanding of commercial litigation law.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
