Description

The Commercial Litigation NQ will pick up a range of work including;

• Handling a diverse case load of Disputes work including commercial litigation, sports litigation, partnership disputes, property litigation, insolvency and contentious probate work.
• Working closely with the Partners and supporting on higher value work.
• Getting involved in claims from instruction through to settlement.
• Supporting on marketing.
• Contribute to team meetings and case reviews.

Profile

The successful Commercial Litigation NQ should have:

• Strong academics and you will have completed a seat in Commercial Litigation during your training.
• Excellent understanding of commercial litigation law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
