Our client's London team is integrated within a global team, which works for some of the largest energy clients with the boldest climate goals, resulting in their working on the most cutting-edge transactions in the renewables/carbon space.
Further to a recent hire, the group is looking for a further addition of a mid - senior level M&A candidate to sit within the Energy & Infrastructure team. While the team undertakes a variety of sector-specific mandates, the candidate will be focussed on M&A.
Experience within the energy and renewables sector and/or infrastructure is helpful, however by no means essential. The partners are happy to provide sector specific training to individuals who already have an excellent foundation with M&A/wider corporate work, particularly joint ventures.
The candidate should have extensive experience in dealing with large strategics and funds and clients of a similar calibre and will preferably be an E&W qualified solicitor, or have at least two year's City experience.
