NQ Planning Solicitor

A leading firm in the field of planning & environment that has an outstanding ranking for its work across the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors nationally & beyond is seeking a newly qualified planning solicitor.

The role will involve advising on a variety of matters including:

• Legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy, environmental and infrastructure projects
• Consenting applications, agreements etc across residential development and highway schemes
• Clients will be well known household names and include both public and private sector projects

What will you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or coming up to qualification 
• Ideally to have completed a planning seat
• Those without this BUT commercial property, projects or environmental experience/seats are encouraged to apply 
• A curious mind to include political awareness of planning on the governments' agenda
