This Legal 500 firm is looking for a Solicitor to join the Private Client department. The firm is looking for a Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running, taking over existing files as well as building their own work.
The successful Private Client Solicitor will take over an existing caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate work, and will join an award winning Private Client team.
Marketing and Business building is an essential part of this position.
The Solicitor will be expected to deal with initial consultations through to representation at court. There will be a mixed and varied caseload including wills, lasting powers of attorney, wealth planning/protection, probate, intestate administration, as well as trusts and generally elderly client matters.
The successful Solicitor will be encouraged to become a member of SFE and also become a STEP qualified practitioner.
The firm supports charities and community groups and is big into giving back.
