IT Support Analyst - International Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join one of our international, law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. Our client, a premier law firm with over 400 associates worldwide, offer legal advice in banking, corporate finance, energy and environmental, are looking for someone to become an important member of their IT team.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Support AV systems, audio & video conferencing.Assist with diverse IT tasks including relocating users and setting up equipment.Provide user support for desktop applications, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems.Basic administration in Active Directory and telephone systems.Deliver training on standard desktop applications.Maintain accurate records of calls, users, and equipment.

Experience with:

Office 2019, Office 365, Zoom, Webex, Teams.Remote access systems like Duo, Citrix, and VPN.Cloud solutions, Apple devices, VMware/Intune MDM.

Additional tasks:

Participate in project work and maintenance shutdowns.Join the IT on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
