Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the patent application process from filing to grant
• Maintain and update patent records using Inprotech
• Coordinate with inventors, attorneys, and foreign associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of patent applications
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
• Prepare and file formal documents with patent offices
• Assist with patent searches and provide support in patent litigation matters as needed

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in patent administration
• Extensive knowledge of Inprotech is essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
