Corporate Counsel - German Speaking

Are you an experienced German Speaking/ Qualified Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a global collaborative legal team?

Our client, a leading mobility company, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support their global business operations, commercial sales, and procurement activities. This role will be based in South-West London on a hybrid basis (3 day in office, 2 days at home) and offer the chance to be part of a dynamic and driven team.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing legal advice to minimise business risks and support the company's objectives
• Negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts
• Mentoring and developing other lawyers
• Staying updated on industry-related topics and changes in the law

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
• Experience leading and mentoring lawyers
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
