Corporate Lawyer - c.5-10 PQE - Caribbean law firm

We have direct, confidential instructions on a new position for a high-calibre lawyer to join an ambitious law firm in the Caribbean. Working closely within a small team and directly with one of the firm's senior partners, this superb role offers the chance for a new lifestyle in a fabulous location and the opportunity for a high-calibre UK lawyer to build a legal career offshore.

The work will be a broad range of high-end corporate and also commercial matters such as major cross-border and local sales and purchases, governance, joint ventures, and all other manner of corporate and commercial deals and advice. There will also be some finance and funds work but previous experience in these areas is not essential.

You will likely be a high-calibre England and Wales-qualified Corporate lawyer at a London or a rated national/regional UK firm. We will also consider lawyers qualified elsewhere in the Commonwealth. Please note that whilst previous offshore experience is welcome, it is not essential. Applicants must have at least 5 years' PQE, up to approximately 10 years' PQE, with a stable career history. Good technical experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision at times is needed, together with an enthusiasm in business development.
