This is an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor looking for a new change in a well-respected law firm based in Winchester area; in a corporate team that is highly ranked by both Chambers and the Legal 500.
This leading Legal 200 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor for its prominent corporate/commercial team in this key placement. Clients include household brand names as well as local, regional and national clients.
You will be handling a varied HNW caseload to include M&A, corporate reorganisations / restructurings, private equity, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements, commercial contracting and transactional work.
If you are ambitious, technically skilled, good with clients and looking for a law firm that will give you the career you desire, then this opportunity would be the perfect fit for you.
Hybrid working is on offer (office based/working from home).
This Winchester-based role will involve:
