Residential Conveyancer

Who will you join? 

• A well-established law firm that has been in operation since the 1960s with roots extending back to pre-war times
• It enjoys a strong reputation, and business primarily comes through repeat clients and referrals
• A small/medium sized firm

What will you do? 

• The position is for a full-time Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who will handle complex conveyancing cases
• Your caseload will include sales & purchases, leaseholds, new builds and shared ownership matters
• This role requires someone who can sign AP1 documents 
• Work closely with the existing team to manage caseloads effectively
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
• Maintain high standards of legal practice within the firm

What will you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with eligibility to sign AP1 documents
• At least two years of relevant experience in conveyancing
• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to maintaining high legal standards
