Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Kent based but just one day per week in the office.

Modern, flexible and extremely friendly firm based in Kent, are expanding their commercial department by recruiting an experienced corporate commercial lawyer, to handle a high quality caseload.   

This firm offer unrivalled flexibility with flexible hours, hybrid working with just one day per week in the office and the rest remote, along with a collaborative informal environment, albeit very professional.

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives who have a mix of both corporate and commercial experience.  You will be confident managing your own transactional caseload of M&A work, alongside drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.  Any experience or an interest in the tech industry would be an advantage but is not essential.  

This is a full time position but the firm will also consider candidates looking to work 4 days per week.
