Description

The Procurement Solicitor will pick up and deal with a range of responsibilities including;

• Advising public and private sector clients on non contentious procurement law matters particularly in areas such as central government and utilities.
• Advising on public procurement matters
• Advise private sector bidders on public procurement
• Getting involved in areas such as state aid
• Working closely with lawyers and Partners in other offices
• Supporting the team on business development activities
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on developments in procurement law and regulations.

Profile

The successful Procurement Solicitor should have:

• A background in procurement law gained from another law firm or public sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement law.
• Likely to have around 4 -10 years PQE
• Ties to Newcastle
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
