Private Client Solicitor, Leicestershire – Experienced Private Client Lawyer sought for an established law firm in Leicester 

JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The appointed Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for advising across a range of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Court of Protection matters, LPAs, Estate Administration and probate matters. Handling your own caseload of matters you will also be expected to assist on more complex matters and assist in the supervising the private client department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives will possess at least 2 years’ experience in handling the broad remit of private client matters. As the appointed Private Client Lawyer, you will have a strong technical knowledge and be confident in working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Experience will include advising on wills, trusts, Court of Protection matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate related matters. Private Client Lawyers who are proactive, professional and have a flexible approach to work are encouraged to apply for this role.
