Our client is a full service commercial law firm in Berkshire. The firm’s office in Reading is seeking a NQ-5 years’ PQE qualified Litigation Solicitor to join the expanding team.
The practice group deals with a range of commercial litigation matters for an array of clients.
The commercial and civil litigation work undertaken by the team generally includes:
- Civil and commercial litigation development
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Land and Property Actions
- Possession Claims
- Debt Recovery
To be considered for this Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor role, you will ideally have been involved in commercial disputes, property disputes, possession claims and debt recovery; any of this experience would be of interest.
