Our client based in Bromsgrove is seeking to appoint a family solicitor to handle purely privately funded matrimonial work. This firm offers a lovely and supportive working environment and real work/life balance. This role can be full- or part-time, 4 days office based with potentially a day from home, with free parking. The firm will consider Partnership after 12 months.
The role
As a family lawyer within this team, you would take on all the work related to privately funded family law and private children. You would also have the support of a newly qualified solicitor and legal assistant and part of your role will require you to mentor and support.
The person
To be considered for this family solicitor role you will have at last 5 years’ PQE. You will be able to hit the ground running on a diverse caseload of matters which will include divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation and pre-nuptial agreements. Management experience would be advantageous.
