Are you a qualified Solicitor or a NQ Solicitor looking to specialise and practice within Insolvency law? Are you wanting to get away from a Commercial Litigation background so that you can become a specialist in Insolvency law?
My client is a leading Legal 500 law firm based outside Bournemouth, Dorset with a great reputation and a proven track record for success. It is currently looking to grow its Insolvency team in this key placement due to an increase in workload. The team handles both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters to include corporate insolvency, restructuring and solvent reorganisation matters. This is a critical hire.
Insolvency experience is not essential, although some knowledge would be required. Candidates with a commercial litigation or commercial/banking law background will also be considered. Full training will be provided for anybody who wants to move into this area.
Will also consider experienced Insolvency Solicitors looking to come onboard at Associate or Senior Associate level.
Hybrid working is on offer to staff.
