I'm working on a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly successful Top 50 firm in their Birmingham office. My client are looking for an experienced, client focussed individual to join their highly respected team and provide an excellent service to their clientele consisting largely of high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.
We are looking for solicitors to take on an existing caseload, continue their development working alongside senior fee earners and partners, and to eventually develop into a position of leadership in their own right.
The successful candidate can expect to work on a caseload consisting of:
- Estate Planning and Administration
- Complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Lifetime Trusts
- Multi generational estate planning and advice
- Wealth protection
- Deeds of Variation
