Personal Injury Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Experienced Paralegal

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 Personal Injury team within a highly reputable law firm at their Birmingham City office. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join their team.
 
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters on behalf of claimants, with a particular focus on RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence claims. You will bring between 3 to 5 years of claimant personal injury experience, handling cases from initial instruction through to completion.
 
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for a candidate looking to take ownership of their own caseload, including complex and high-value claims. You will be responsible for client communication, providing legal solutions, negotiating settlements, and delivering results for clients, ensuring deadlines and financial targets are consistently met.

The Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience managing a varied personal injury caseload, including fast and multi-track matters
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant procedures and applicable law
• Experience dealing with complex/high-value claims for claimants
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
