Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a wide range of patent litigation matters, often involving high-stakes cross-border disputes
- Providing strategic advice and representing clients in court hearings, trials and alternative dispute resolution forums
- Working closely with clients from the technology, life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, delivering expert legal solutions
- Collaborating with senior partners and team members to support the development of case strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years PQE in patent litigation, preferably gained from a top-tier firm
- A strong academic background in law (with a degree in a technical subject such as science or engineering being an advantage)
- Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
