Property Solicitor

**RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR REQUIRED - WEST LONDON**

Our client, a well-established private practice firm based in West London, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in matters related to private client law. You will handle a range of cases, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate matters. Your strong understanding of private client law will enable you to effectively represent the best interests of your clients and provide them with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Conduct property searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property law and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Client-focused approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
