Senior Corporate & Private Equity Lawyer ( In house)

LAW Absolute have been instructed by a large Asset Management company whose legal team currently have an urgent requirement for an experience Private equity lawyer to join them on an interim basis for at least 6 month ( with a view to extend0 to cover maternity leave. The role is likely to start in September. The company operate a brokerage firm, managing large funds, providing investment advice, fund distribution, index funds, retirement solutions, wealth management, asset custody and life insurance. You will be an integral part of a large team based in the Uk and internationally and be responsible for asset management related matters including private equity investments, investment agreements and shareholder agreements. Additional exposure to fixed income work would be beneficial but not essential. The role is hybrid- at least 5 days per month in the office. The offices are based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced private equity lawyer to join a legal team in house in one of the world’s largest asset management businesses.
