Role Overview:
Their private client department in Tunbridge Wells is undergoing expansion. They are seeking a solicitor with experience working in a busy private client department in a large regional or well-known firm to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Private Client
- Advise on complex inheritance tax issues
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Manage estate administration
- Handle applications to the court of protection

Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
- Commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills
- Excellent technical ability
- Experience in a similar role within a large regional or well-known firm
- Strong IT and document management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be flexible
