Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Commercial Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will lead a team of talented solicitors, providing strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of commercial solicitors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters including Commercial Contracts drafting and negotiation, Competition law, Online and distance selling and trading, Bribery law and compliance, Intellectual Property law, Partnership advice and documentation in establishment, appointment, retirement and dissolution, Company law, Director Duties and Not for profit sector law and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of complex legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial law.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
