Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Principal Associate to join their highly successful corporate team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a highly regarded national law firm as they look to further strengthen their corporate offering in the regions.

The firm offers the full range of legal services to their clients and they have a large Corporate practice in Yorkshire

Description

The Corporate Principal Associate will deal with a range of work including;

• Taking the lead on deals including M & A, PE, venture capital and reoganisation work.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to a variety of corporate clients.
• Supporting the Partners in Leeds with leading on deals
• Mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
• Taking an active approach to marketing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.

Profile

The successful Corporate Principal Associate should have:

• A track record working as a Corporate Solicitor for a known law firm
• Likely to be 8 years PQE or above
• The ability to provide outstanding client service.

Job Offer
