Litigation Paralegal - International Firm - Birmingham

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading claims management firm as they are looking to hire a Paralegal into their Subrogation and Recovery team. This role will be permanent and based in the firms London Birmingham office (hybrid).

The firm

Our client is an international firm that is a part of a larger organisation that operates globally, with a fantastic legal team that specialises in claims management for the insurance industry.

The Role

If Successful, you will you'll be assigned your own caseload of claims to manage, so you'll have process ownership from pre-litigation, driving claims through to litigation and final settlement. Most claims will be civil litigation (contract, tort and statute), so dispute resolution will pay a large part of your work, alongside drafting court proceedings, relevant legal documentation and gathering all information associated by speaking with clients and witnesses.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is open to those with claimant experience in another leading law firm or legal service or those who are recent law graduates who are looking for their first legal role.
