An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced senior property litigation specialist to join a highly regarded law firm. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and handle high-value, complex property disputes within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and representing a variety of clients, including commercial property owners, occupiers, and residential property portfolio holders, on contentious property matters. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Business lease renewals and related disputes
  • Service charge disputes
  • Dilapidation claims
  • Break clause issues
  • Alienation provisions
  • Commercial rent recovery
  • Forfeiture proceedings
  • Tenant-related insolvency matters

The Ideal Candidate:

This position is suited to an experienced property litigation Lawyer who is comfortable managing a busy caseload of complex disputes and working collaboratively with both junior and senior team members. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in property litigation, ideally at partner level
  • A track record of successfully advising commercial and residential clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to offer pragmatic, solutions-driven advice in high-pressure situations
  • Proven business development skills to expand the firm's client base
