Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate team.
  • Manage and organize diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain client relationships with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Corporate team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
