Our client in London, well-known for the work it does in Private Client and Agricultural Property/ Estates, is looking to recruit an Agricultural Property lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team’s client base includes traditional landowning families and institutions across the country, and the teams’ Partners are trustees of some of the country's largest and oldest estates. Alongside traditional landowners, they advise private and commercial investors and keep abreast of every development in this area of law. Their business is based on the relationships they build with their clients and with other specialists like agents, brokers and surveyors. Their expert knowledge encompasses every aspect of Rural Land and Business, from land sale and purchase to agricultural tenancies, from preserving and protecting mineral rights to tidal river schemes, and from easements between neighbours to multi-million-pound development projects. They have particular expertise in the following areas: • Land Management • Transactions • Rural Development • Natural Capital • Renewables.
