Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Solicitor

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on residential property matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating residential property contracts
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Residential Property Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Residential Property or equivalent
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
