Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Sellick Partnership is working on behalf of one of our very good University clients for the position of interim commercial contracts lawyer.
The successful applicant will work primarily on contractual review and negotiation for supplier matters and in education collaborations across the University.
Duties will include:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial matters including supplier t & c's, non-disclosure agreements, and contracts for goods and services
- Contribution to University-wide projects
- Assisting in drafting University-wide documentation including policies, guidelines, regulations, legal and other statutory documents
Person specification:
Admission to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales or membership as a CILEX Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
The successful applicant will join a small and welcoming commercial team and have the support of the wider team which includes senior lawyers.
Hybrid and remote working will be considered for this interim role.
