Description

As a Residential Property Solicitor your duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
• Providing clients with principled and practical legal solutions, working in partnership with them as their trusted advisers
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, including portfolios, buy to let properties, landlord and tenant, and HMOs
• Working closely with our Commercial Property and Tax and Estate Planning teams

Profile

A successful Residential Property Solicitor should have at least 5 PQE dealing with residential real estate matters. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.

Job Offer
