Locum Planning Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a friendly team in a local authority in Wales on a remote basis for 3 - 6 months, with the strong possibility for extension.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive legal team, dealing with a wide range of planning matters including providing general planning advice to stakeholders, as well as drafting and negotiating 106 agreements.
The Planning Lawyer will attend planning committee meetings once a month, but this can be done on an entirely remote basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the public sector, however, candidates from a private practice background are encouraged to apply.
