This Commercial Property Fee Earner position offers full autonomy in managing a diverse caseload of property matters, which includes:
- Commercial leases (Landlord and Tenant)
- Development purchases and sales
- Secured lending
- Licences
- Sale and purchase of agricultural property and land
- Commercial agreements
- Planning and development opportunities
- Land/trading disputes
Ideally, the Commercial Property Fee Earner role will be based at the firm’s Clifton Moor office, but there is flexibility with hybrid working arrangements. The firm values work-life balance and is open to flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.
As the ideal Commercial Property Fee Earner, you will seamlessly integrate into the existing team and foster strong relationships with clients.
They are seeking someone with:
- 3+ years of solid experience in both Commercial and Agricultural Property
- A positive, commercial approach to providing legal advice
- Excellent rapport-building skills with clients
- Outstanding levels of client care
- Experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives
