An opportunity has arisen at a chambers ranked, well reputed law firm in Reading as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-2 years’ PQE). In this role, you will handle diverse commercial disputes, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• This will include large corporate disputes and L&T disputes
• Conduct legal research and analyse complex issues
• Draft legal documents and court pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Law degree and completed SRA training contract
• 0-3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong understanding of commercial law and procedures
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
