In House Lawyer - Global Power Tech Giant

This well established company already generates $30billion in revenue and is going through an exciting expansion phase.

This position comes with a clearly designated progression plan, to be discussed at interview. 

The role:

To support ongoing growth they are seeking to appoint a new commercial lawyer to their regional operation.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be fully integrated with the business and lead big-ticket negotiations, be a key POC for customers and support exciting international projects. 

There will also be the opportunity to get involved with other matters including corporate affairs, competition, employment and dispute resolution. 

Required: 

• Qualified lawyer: Belgium, Netherlands or other compatible jurisdiction
• Prior In-House experience
• MNC background coupled with strong technical skills gained with a reputed law firm.
• Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Role will suit a talented, commercially astute lawyer used to operating within a multinational corporate environment.

The lawyer will be responsible for day to day operational matters in the region, so it is essential applicants have extensive contract / negotiations experience and the proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
