Ongoing work with a wide range of high-profile retail and TMT clients has created a high volume of varied transactions and the firm would love to hire an Associate at the 2 -6 PQE range with great transactional experience gained at a strong M&A team. Preferably, you will have qualified with a leading law firm or excellent and highly regarded boutique/mid-tier practice. You must have good hands-on exposure to varied private M&A and ideally experience of handling deals in the Technology space. This firm works with global Technology giants as well as major retailers and in FS. The firm has a great culture, strong investment in training and development and many of its fee-earners have global law firm backgrounds and have settled at this firm for its excellent work and innovative environment. Commonwealth qualified Corporate Associates with upwards of 4 years’ PQE are welcome to apply.
