Commercial Property/ Property Finance Lawyer

Opportunity to join commercial real estate team supporting two partners within large full service commercial law firm with a focus on commercial property/ real estate finance.

The Role

Candidates will need to be commercially aware and have experience in commercial property/ real estate finance matters. The role includes (among other matters):

• Managing a variety of commercial property & real estate finance transactions/ matters;
• drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation; and
• acting for borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants.

The role will be based in Hertfordshire and/ or Central London (the City) with the opportunity for hybrid working.
