This role in the Legal Department requires a professional experienced in healthcare regulatory processes. The incumbent will be responsible for handling complex cases, ensuring compliance and providing legal advice within the professional services industry.

Our client is a well known national firm with an office in Manchester. They are looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join their expanding team. They have an enviable reputation within this area and you will be working alongside Tier 1 lawyers.

Description

As a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor you will be undertaking investigations and other key tasks for a large healthcare regulator. You will be working under the supervision of a partner or principal associate, whilst yourself supervising paralegals within the team. The role will include:

  • Case management and progression under partner or principle associate level supervision
  • Supervision and management of paralegals within the team
  • Reviewing evidence
  • Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements
  • Drafting instructions to counsel and experts
  • Corresponding with witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholders
  • Supporting stakeholders including vulnerable witnesses
  • Drafting court documents
  • Drafting legal advice on evidence and case status

Profile

A successful Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor should have between 2-6 PQE in healthcare/regulatory or insurance work. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
