Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Sevenoaks
Overview:
A highly regarded, Lexcel-accredited firm in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful team. This is a full-time position within a forward-thinking practice known for providing exceptional service.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE managing your own residential caseload – experience should include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Skills: Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment – you should have experience managing cases from initial instruction through to completion
